Introducing Irregular Hours & loads of shoutouts

Hi👋 If you're new here, *welcome*. I'm Lydia and I work with futures strategy, currently freelancing with consultancies and clients. My focus areas are Global South, gender, sustainability, and youth cultures, but I work with all industries and themes🤓

My short but fruitful trip to London was amazing.

I came to London to see Marisa Musing's (@marisamusing) solo exhibition, "Mimicry & the Villa of Mysteries". She's just received her MA from RCA, and we have been co-mentoring each other since the Experimental Realism mentorship program (@experimentalrealism). 🇨🇦

I got a physical copy of Henry Coutinho-Mason (thank you!) and Rohit Bhargava's book, "The Future Normal" futurenormalbook.com (YOU SHOULD READ IT!); I went to the "Portraits of Dogs" exhibition at the Wallace Collection and to Tate Modern's "The Rossettis" exhibition. 🇬🇧

And I visited the Serpentine Galleries for a chance to see "Third World: The Bottom Dimension" by amazing Brazilian artists including Gabriel Massan and Castiel Vitorino Brasileiro. 🇧🇷

I want to introduce you to Irregular Hours.

This is a special initiative for me because of the work I have conducted with Molly Logan at Irregular Labs (I had previously shared “The Irregular Report: WORK” with the community; check it out), and because of all the professional love I get from Mica Le John. Now, they are Irregular Hours. Irregular Hours is a company dedicated to transforming the professional lives of early career professionals and revolutionizing work culture.

And they have launched the The Irregular Hours Archetype System, which offers a framework for understanding what makes you tick when it comes to work.
