Hi👋 If you're new here, *welcome*. I'm Lydia and I work with futures strategy, currently freelancing with global consultancies and clients from my homes in Brazil and Portugal.
Future Days’ first annual edition will happen 21-23 March 2024, in Lisbon, and the theme is ‘democratizing futures’, with diversity and sustainability at the core. This is a festival for innovation-seekers, purpose-driven organizations & governments, creative thinkers, citizens, urbanists, and policy-makers to collectively create the futures of urban lives, equitable societies, and creativity in the age of AI.

How did it take this long to introduce you to the wonderful, talented team of volunteers behind Future Resources? Well, no time like the present - and the end of the year - to do this and shower them with gratitude. Thank you for believing in Future Resources and for dedicating your time & futures juice to it.
Camilly Vitoria: Camilly Vitoria is a Brazilian student who has a passion for philosophy, geopolitics, and foresight. Since a young age, have worked as a volunteer in many organizations in the education field. Over the course, she developed an understanding of strategies and innovation and started research about the future during high school. She also found inspiration by focusing on how organizations can potentially help improve people through an intellectual broadening base.
Luciana Moletta: I’m a Bilingual consultant in research, content, translation and project-related areas born and raised in sunny Rio de Janeiro, currently based in São Paulo, the land of opportunity. For Future Resources, I collaborate with weekly, bilingual content for the WhatsApp community and monthly newsletter. I’m especially passionate about working on projects with a social impact, for which I provide customized solutions by scope and demand through my own consultancy, Capricornia.
Sophie Ekwe Bell: A communications specialist with years of experience delivering innovative and impactful content across online and offline channels. I truly believe what we do, as communicators and futurists, has a critical role to play for a future that is just, more socially responsible and sustainable and that shifting discourse can shift mindsets, actions, and eventually, the outcomes of our shared environment. My work explores the Global South, sustainable finance, the power of inclusive storytelling and how change agents can harness the power of communication to advance their causes. I have a real passion for online thinking, digital communication and projects that create social good.
Lucas Mirabella: Lucas is the founder and CEO of Eudalia, a healthtech company based in São Paulo, Brazil. A physicist by training, with a Masters in Business Administration. Has occupied the position of Data Science & Analytics Manager in international banks, and 6+ years of experience in the financial industry. A very curious person that loves books and movies, and tries to play the piano occasionally. During his career as an entrepreneur, he discovered Future Research and completely fell in love with it.
Cynthia Hansen: After 15 years as a Professor, now I’m working with strategic foresight for a tech consultancy enterprise, which led me to the amazing content of Future Resources. With a graduation in Social Communication, my academic life was focused on researching cultural meaning through the lenses of Philosophy, Anthropology, and Semiotics. As a Professor, I became a collector of learning methods and was always involved in University Extension Projects. Nowadays I’m in a nonpretentious exercise of publishing a collaborative ‘slowletter’ at Substack (in Portuguese) called Atemporais.
