Launching: FUTURE DAYS FESTIVAL

I come with huge & incredible news 🫨 I am co-founding an actionable futures festival: Future Days.
Future Days’ first annual edition will happen 21-23 March, 2024, in Lisbon, and the theme is ‘democratizing futures’, with diversity and sustainability at the core. I am also one of the curators of the lineup, along with Rui Quinta and Monika Bielskyte. This will be the Comic Con for futures nerds and people passionate about innovation and creating social impact. I cannot wait to see everyone there!!

🤝 What to expect:

Future Days Festival includes talks, workshops, immersions, co-creation, experiences and performances around global societal challenges. The festival is a global call to arms to implement sustainability and inclusivity across public and private sectors with the participation of those who are usually excluded from this process. We’ll gather world-leading academics, politicians, activists, corporations, civilians of all ages, disabilities, spiritual beliefs, and minority groups to design the futures of mobility, music, food, finance, democracy, health, education, design, etc. Everyone has a say in what our futures should look like.

Future Days is pleased to be officially partnering with School of International Futures, Câmara Municipal de Lisboa and With Company, as well as inspiring futures-makers like Shermon Cruz (UNESCO), Nic Holden (UNDP), Cecilia Tham (Futurity Systems), Monika Bielskyte (Protopia Futures), and Pooja Munshi (UNEP), who are confirmed in our outstanding lineup of speakers & activities moderators.

✍️ What we mean by ‘actionable':

The valuable insights that will come out of the festival will first and foremost be transformed into actions within Lisbon and Portugal, in an effort to support the 50 Anos de 25 de Abril and set Lisbon as a model of futures-driven city.
